IC Net Limited was awarded the Dominican Republic Local Planning Capacity Building Project (Phase 2) Detailed Planning Study (participatory development planning) in the Province of Dajabon. The Government is keen to implement the new legal and institutional framework for decentralization and local development including the new National Public Planning and Investment System (SNPIP). The DECADA Project, which has been implemented by IC Net for the past four years, has seen success in Dajabon. This detailed Planning Study will serve as the basis for a broader implementation throughout the country from June 2016 to July 2016.
